There are no responsibilities during nights, weekends, or on-call hours. Physicians will receive specialized training and a fellowship in wound management, while enjoying flexible schedules and independence within a mobile practice model that spans multiple facilities each day. We offer physician-level training in wound management and a fellowship to equip you with the expertise needed for clinical excellence. Full-time W2 physicians typically earn around $300,000 annually, in addition to benefits. Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule, usually comprising a 45-hour work week for full-time roles. Paid training is included. Qualifications: Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice. A minimum commitment of three weekdays per week is required. Practice Overview: Full-time hours are Monday to Friday (7 AM - 4 PM), with part-time options available. No on-call or weekend clinical duties. Physicians provide contemporary wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility. Part-time positions require a minimum of three days per week, while full-time roles typically involve four to five days per week. This is a mobile practice; physicians will travel to facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of their practice location. Physicians will visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients each day. Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR system. Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a six-month wound care fellowship. This is a W2 employment contract (work visa sponsorship is not available).
