Ontario Reports to: Michele Dando, Senior VP Supplier Relations The
ideal candidate: We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to
join our Supplier Relations Team as a Supplier Success Associate.
In this role, you will support the team to drive relationships with
our preferred supplier partners and identify strategic growth
opportunities. You’ll focus on supplier relationship management,
revenue growth, and ensuring our suppliers’ success within the
Facilisgroup community. As Supplier Success Associate, you bring
with you: Drive Growth: Work towards driving revenue growth by
partnering with supplier accounts and expanding business
opportunities. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, valued
relationships with preferred suppliers. Strategic Planning:
Identify opportunities in supplier accounts by analyzing current
business, evaluating partners’ additional needs, and strategizing
growth initiatives. Team Collaboration: Collaborate as a strong
team player within the Supplier Relations team, sharing insights
and best practices to achieve collective goals. Prioritization &
Execution: Apply consistent prioritization in day-to-day tasks to
ensure critical activities are handled first and maintain focus on
key accountabilities. Innovative Thinking: Use strategic thinking
and an “outside-the-box” approach to solve challenges and develop
new ideas for partner success. Performance Tracking: Monitor and
contribute to department KPIs, using data to report on supplier
program performance. Achieve Targets: Drive to achieve supplier
program revenue goals and other performance targets (e.g.,
Facilisgroup Preferred Supplier revenue objectives). Key
qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with
focus on product development, sourcing, procurement, supply chain,
or business marketing. Recent college graduates and/or 1-2 years’
experience in related fields. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with
the promotional products, product development, or supply chain is
beneficial for understanding our supplier/distributor ecosystem.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a
positive attitude and strong presentation abilities. Must be able
to build rapport and communicate effectively with both suppliers
and internal teams. Team Player: A collaborative mindset and
willingness to contribute within a team environment. Proven ability
to work well cross-functionally and support colleagues. Ethical &
Driven: An ethical approach to business, with a competitive drive
to meet and exceed goals. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a
proactive, results-driven mentality. Creative Problem-Solving:
Creative and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and
“think outside the box” to solve problems. Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in standard business software tools (e.g., Microsoft
Office Suite. Comfortable with data analysis and CRM systems. Work
Ethic: Highly organized with consistent prioritization skills. Able
to manage multiple supplier accounts simultaneously while
maintaining attention to detail and accountability. Why
