Sales AssistantThe ideal candidate is a self-starter, goal oriented, punctual, enjoys friendly competition, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No experience necessary.Job Duties:Make 275+ outbound calls a day from qualified marketing leads.Quickly build rapport and trust with all potential customers while providing a superior customer experience.Gather required information from customers in order to create a customer file.Transfer interested customers to Inside Sales Representatives, communicating all important information about the customer.What we look for:Great customer service skills, always put the customer first.Tenacious Drive: Willing to give your all on every call and build value in the product. A tenacious drive will give employees unlimited earning potential.Fast Learner: Grasps new concepts quickly and efficiently.Takes constructive feedback from one call and applies new ideas and practices on future calls.Strong ability to multi-task including making or taking calls while navigating multiple web browsers.Prefers working in a fast-paced environment.Sales or call center experience is a plus.Hours of Operation:Monday - Friday, 7 am - 7 pmSaturday, 9 am - 3 pmShifts:Employees will work varying 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday during the hours of operation and will work a 4-hour shift during the hours of operation every other Saturday.Work RemotelyYesJob Type: Full-timeEarning Potential: $31,500 - $59,500 +This position pays an hourly rate based on experience, starting at $15.50/hr, and offers multiple bonus opportunities.
