We are needing TWO friendly and upbeat Customer Service Representatives that are available to work Monday - Friday, from May until August (can be flexible on start and end dates for students, but need someone consistently throughout the summer months).We offer a -dynamic culture, a growing and profitable organization, and a great place to build a career are just a few ways to describe FTL Finance. • Answer incoming calls and respond to consumer needs providing solutions in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner
• Effectively complete the application process, UCC process and customer correspondence; accept additional administrative duties
• Process consumer payments
• Consistently and accurately document consumer calls immediately following the call
