The courier should be a reliable, trustworthy team player who can contribute to the success of the team by facilitating smooth communication and providing excellent service in the logistics and delivery aspects of our real estate operations to ensure total client satisfaction.



The ideal candidate for this crucial role possesses strong organizational and communication skills. They should be tech-savvy, able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and have an outgoing, positive and cheerful attitude. Customer service experience is essential, as the role involves interacting with clients, agents, and the operations department daily.



This is a Part-Time position with variable hours and schedule throughout the work week Monday-Friday. The Gellman Team has two offices: Chesterfield and Shrewsbury.--Your primary office would be out of our Shrewsbury location but may occasionally work at Chesterfield if necessary. Company vehicle provided during work hours for Courier trips. During the week you would work in conjunction with our other courier to ensure full coverage and all necessary trips and tasks are able to be completed.



**Potential Full-Time opportunity with benefit eligibility (medical/dental/vision/401k) may be available if you are able to work a flexible schedule during the week (M-F) and also consistently on weekends (Sa-Su) delivering, installing, and removing Open House Signs to our listings.**

Responsibilities:
--- Deliver and install/set up new listing marketing materials, signs, sign riders, supra/lockboxes, and flyer boxes to our listings on a daily basis
--- Picking up signs and lock boxes for closings and as needed
--- Deliver replenished marketing materials to listings and update signs and sign riders as needed
--- Other miscellaneous trips include but are not limited to the post office, Chesterfield office, title companies, supply stores, bulk mailing centers, and printing centers
--- Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and the operations department
--- Deliver and pick up open house signs and riders for open houses during the weekends (Saturday-Sunday) - required for Full-Time opportunity eligibility
--- Update and complete courier tasks in Salesforce daily
--- Fleet Management - Oversight of all Company vehicles, ensuring records are maintained, insurance, tags, etc are up to date, performing routine and as needed maintenance (oil changes), car washes, etc
--- Office Supply and Inventory Management - Routine monitoring of all office supplies and inventory at both office locations

Qualifications:
--- Smartphone with reliable cell and internet coverage
--- Technologically proficient - familiarity with CRM systems for task management and Microsoft Office Suite for email preferred
--- Customer service experience required
--- Driving/delivery experience preferred
--- Real Estate industry experience preferred
--- Positive and cheerful attitude
--- Team player
--- Clean driving record - background check required
--- Local driving knowledge of North St Louis County, West County, South County, St Charles County, and surrounding areas
--- Reliable transportation to and from the office is required. Courier vehicle provided for use during business hours
