Team Overview:
The Insider Risk & DLP Data Support Analyst II is responsible to
support the InR/DLP team in the development and documentation of
performance metrics and operational procedures. They work in
collaboration with the entire InR/DLP team and are instrumental in
developing program strategies through data analytics and mission
requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain a strong understanding of division results & key
business drivers, as well as an understanding of key business
strategies and priorities.
- Maintain team data within various tools (Jira, Confluence,
SharePoint, and case management) to support metrics, estimates, and
execution
- Offer expert guidance and coaching on tailoring an
implementation of agile that nests well within the InR
Program.
- Monitor existing policies and applicable regulatory/audit
requirements to ensure compliance.
- Work with the InR team to assist in document development and
proactively recommend improvements to policies, processes and
controls related to Insider Risk.
- Assist in the development of a program roadmap that represents
key deliverables, dependencies, and benefits for Insider Risk.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of metric-based
reporting and KPI's through collaboration with the team, to provide
scope, coverage, identify gaps, and areas for enhancements for InR
data security solutions and tooling.
- Develop and manage business relationships with project team
members and leaders across the organization.
- Document, monitor, and proactively recommend improvements to
processes and controls related to areas of responsibility.
- Lead the development and monitoring of KPIs and KRIs.
- Ability to communicate analytical results to senior leaders.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years Information Systems Security experience, or
7 years of Information Technology experience with a focus on
security controls and processes
- Establish and maintain appropriate enterprise security
policies, standards, recommended practices, procedures, and
controls
- Maintain awareness of external security-related events and
legislation
- Ensure monitoring is appropriate and effective for detecting
and reporting of key security events
- Actively participate in security related continuing
education
- Provide security input into medium to high complexity
development efforts that may impact security
- Plan and conduct security tests and assessments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed in
order to communicate security requirements and direction
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills are needed to prioritize tasks in
order to lead enterprise security initiatives
- The ability to present complex technical security issues in a
non-technical manner
- Knowledge and understanding of security issues, risks, concepts
and terminology
- Proficient with common security products and tools, and capable
of researching new solutions

range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is
based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors
for a potential new associate:
