Taxi Drivers - WantedAs more and more people find safe ways to return to work and school, we're finding the need for drivers growing faster than expected.Is this job for you? Well, our men and women have good driving histories, passed physicals and drug tests, have at least a Class E driver license, and they've been fingerprinted with results meeting guidelines verified by regional regulators. They're safe, qualified and good at what they do. Would you be?Let's find out. If you fill out the basic application or contact us, we'll contact you and schedule you for an interview. Then, if things sound good to you and to us, we'll walk you through the process of getting licensed and driving for pay.Basic requirements:- Be at least 24. That's an insurance requirement. We can't make exceptions.- Class E license. It's just a written test and you don't need it to apply here, but you'll need it before you can drive.- A good driving record is a must. We look at safety issues, especially recently. So if your driving record is ugly, but that ugly is long ago, we understand. Apply.- Pass a physical and drug test.- The criminal background check is a fingerprint background check.- Experience is NOT required or even preferred. Old habits die hard; we'll help you learn brand new habits. Good ones.This is an independent contractor position. You'll lease the cab (don't panic; it's weekly) and income is limited only by how much you want to work! We provide the cab, maintenance, insurance, dispatching services and more. And by the way, credit card fares? We don't take a cut like you may experience elsewhere.Race, ethnicity, country of origin, religious preference, gender ID or sexual orientation, education, height, weight, etc. don't make a bit of difference to us nor should they.
