We currently have an opening for a Network Technician role in
O'Fallon, MO.

TechnicianLocation: O'Fallon, MODuration: 12 to 24 months
Job Description: Responsibilities--- Receives initial alert/phone
calls and performs initial troubleshooting activities according to
established protocols--- Works in compliance with established
procedures or protocols--- Resolves issues to assure alignment with
existing processes and procedures--- Monitor and take corrective
action for problems while minimizing customer impact--- Create
and/or update internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery
steps
Experiences:--- Knowledge of Network routing/switching, tunneling,
security operations/engineering, MPLS.--- Basic UNIX scripting and
tool monitoring, JCL, MVS, batch scheduling, knowledge of tandem
technology.--- Four-year degree or networking certification from
tech school.
