Description:The maintenance technician is the highest level of maintenance. They will take total and complete ownership of all machine PMs, repairs and rebuilds. Job duties include:---Able to read & understand equipment drawings & blueprints---Troubleshoot, repair, set up, adjust, maintain & overhaul various types packaging equipment ---Follows all applicable Safety Rules and policies including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), HAZCOM, Process Safety, Lock Out/Tag Out and Emergency Action.---Completes regular documented Safety Audit and initiates Corrective Action as needed---Follows current work instruction and insures adherence to the Quality Control Plan and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)---Follows all applicable waste, scrap reduction and recycling guidelines.---Achieves required OEE levels on assigned Packaging Line(s)---Performs Statistical Process Control Charting and takes appropriate corrective action---Performs, practices good Housekeeping---Trains new Operators and Temps as needed---Serves on emergency brigade for fires, and/or evacuation procedures---Works effectively in a Team based work environment---Able to send and receive E-Mail in a timely and effective mannerSkills:maintenance technician, industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, maintenance repair, mechanical electricalTop Skills Details:Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical TroubleshootingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:The qualified candidates will have the following: *Minimum of 3-5 years of mechanic/industrial maintenance experience *Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience *Experience working as an industrial machinist and/or mechanic on any press mExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
