Job Description:

Our world-class construction company is in need of a hardworking full-time concrete finisher! Your daily work schedule will include moving an entire concrete project from start to finish, both in residential and commercial. This includes but is not limited to project demo and prep, concrete pouring start to finish, ensuring the job site is clean, working with an entire team where everyone helps everyone, and coordinating with your superiors and clients on the preparation and the final walk-throughs of their projects. Responsibilities:

Prepare materials for returns, fill out purchase orders, receive on-site material deliveries, remove debris, and handle waste removal properly
Work in accordance with all safety guidelines on job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to supervisor
Complete final preparations and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the client
Support the project manager and lead team in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the future
Water the yard and clean the job site as needed to maintain a good exterior appearance
--- Be a team player and assist with any and all aspects of the project from start to finish to assure the project is completed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required
Basic skills construction knowledge (how to use construction equipment and tools) is needed
Construction or administrative work experience is desired, but not required
Able to work outdoors for long periods of time, and be able to climb ladders and stairs
History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
