Job descriptionAccounts Receivable specialist perform a variety of general administrative and clerical duties related to accounting practices. Responsibilities include receivables, daily reports, and other similar accounting related functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProcess cash receipts, make collection calls and/or correspondenceProvide customer service, process and review account adjustments, resolve discrepanciesMonitor and maintain all accounts: customer calls, adjustments and reconciliationsProcess billing, credit card payments, and work to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.Communicate and follow up effectively, timely and record all communicationsThis list is not intended to be all-inclusive.
