We are in over 100 markets in the U.S., ranking Andersen as the largest replacement window company in the country.Summary:1099 Painter/Stainer handles all painting and staining of special materials for jobs up to 2 weeks out. Handle and emergency cases if other service providers are unable to get a job completed in the timeline designated by the customer. This person will also handle all service painting/staining needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Spray booth experience requiredKeep products painted or stained as necessary to keep jobs on track to meet First Time Through completionFollow all EPA and Lead practicesAssist Installation and service by completing jobs in a timely manner to reduce loss time on First Time Through completionMaintain spray booth to keep work area safe and productiveRecommend through knowledge best practices to continue getting the best prices on paint productsFollow proper maintenance of all spray equipmentMeasures of Success will be based on:First time completion of jobs, Prepping all trim and special materials prior to scheduling jobs.Keeping paint and stain supplies in stock to prevent any delays in getting trim ready for installationMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma preferred but not requiredMust have at least three years of experience at a level equivalent to that of a journeyman painter/stainerMust be able to follow compound specifications for mixing of paints/stains and painting/staining techniques, handle huge material movement, and maintain correct record and general recordkeeping.Considerable knowledge of practices, tools, equipment and techniques associated with painting/staining tradeWe value integrity and quality if you share these values and are a talented professional with a demonstrated track record of success, we're interested in hearing from you to assess your fit with our high-energy and success-oriented team!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $125,000.00 - $450,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
