Job Description:
A non profit organization is in need of a Remote Customer
Relationship Advocate and Liaison.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Attend customers' escalations within the BSD, P2P, R2R, H2R, OPeX,
and any other operational related SS area
Chase issues, do follow up, and respond to customer escalations
Implement measurement and monitoring the approach to ensure
appropriate management information
Position Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
Customer Relationship Management, Operations
At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
Customer relationship management or customer service support
Experience supporting the development and delivery of
comprehensive
Excellent writing and editing skill in English and Spanish
Experience working as part of virtual teams
