As the lead resource for strategic pricing, trade architecture, trade promotional excellence and mix for growth, this position helps realize margin accretion and favorable mix to ensure the RCUS business meets the needs of the customers and consumer while driving profitable growth. Additionally, this position is a key member of the Specialty Retail & Omnichannel leadership team, driving strategy for our BU. This position will be responsible for providing strategic pricing, trade architecture, trade promotional excellence and mix for growth, key components of our 5 year growth plan. This role will also be accountable for helping to drive recommendations as part of our Specialty Retail & Omnichannel BU, partnering with SRM counterparts across other NA BU's and partnering with Sales & Category Management to align on strategy & implement solutionsWhat Are We Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing, MBA a plus (Related fields such as Statistics or Economics also considered. Finance or Sales knowledge required)7+ years of experience in Finance, Sales or related field. Business acumen in pet food / CPG industry a plus. Pricing experience requiredPromotions and category management interaction is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills.
