Essential Job FunctionsThe -Opal Program Assistant -is responsible for fostering a truly person-centered approach to programming and care, using Leisure Care's unique approach of delivering intentional, meaningful activities to our memory care residents.Building calendars with purposeful and meaningful activities that support resident dignity and preference. -Develop programming that meets the general preferences and interests of those residing in the Opal community.Partnering with Program Supervisor or Guest Services Manager to create schedules for community bus service.Decorating the community for holidays and theme events.Researching, interviewing, and scheduling entertainment for events.Maintaining a relationship with outside -vendors -for resident activities.BenefitsOur benefits package is one of the best in the business.
