Hiring Supervisor for CaregiversHome Instead--of St. Charles County seeks an organized, energetic and compassionate professional who enjoys working with people. This person will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training & supervising--caregivers for a fast-growing senior-related business that provides a variety of non-medical services.--Qualifications include:

• Minimum of one year experience in the home care or health-related industry is required--
• Effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
• Ability to develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community
• Manage recruitment ads and post positions as necessary
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner
• Conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle checks and drug screens on all caregivers
• Schedule and conduct caregiver orientation and--trainings
• Ability to lead & engage caregivers in a compassionate yet professional manner
• Possess computer skills and proficiency--in Excel and Word--
• Ability to be on-call after hours--on a rotational basis
