Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Material Handler – Night Shift GMP Environment | Independent Work | Growth Opportunities Join our team as a Material Handler and play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail?oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a GMP?regulated environment . Position Overview As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking, counting, verifying, and sanitizing materials prior to their use in manufacturing. Materials range from small tools and instruments to large autoclave components. Strict adherence to GMP standards and accurate documentation is essential. Key Responsibilities Pick, count, and verify warehouse materials Sanitize materials before releasing them to manufacturing Verify accuracy, quality, and quantity of received materials Ensure proper documentation is complete (e.g., packing lists) Safely operate pallet jacks Support staging, inventory movement, and material flow Use RF scanners to track materials and update inventory systems ? Required Qualifications Experience working in a GMP environment Warehouse and/or staging experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems Preferred Qualifications Staging experience Proficiency operating pallet jacks Strong understanding of GMP protocols Why Join Our Team? Stable, long?term opportunity Supportive and collaborative team environment Hands?on role with clear expectations Opportunity to grow within a GMP?regulated operation Independent work while contributing to a larger mission Work Environment & Schedule Shift: Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM Training (Required): First Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or Second Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Environment Requirements: Full GMP gowning required (gown, gloves, shoe covers) No fake nails, nail polish, nail extensions, or jewelry Must be comfortable using a sporicidal disinfectant (noted to have a strong odor similar to Caesar salad) Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, standing, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
