Company-supplied thirst quenchers Access to Interplay learning to gain more skills Paid training is offered through our distributors to help you learn and grow your career Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation: $30.00-$50.00 depending on experience Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record 5 years' experience with residential HVAC service Willingness to travel to the service area Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance EPA Universal Certification Ability to provide directions given, both verbally and in writing Ability to comply with all safety rules Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments Ability to work independently Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on various residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering high-quality service to our valued customers Make product recommendations and educate customers about HVAC options to help them make informed decisions Test HVAC systems after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functionality and performance Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions clearly Document all work performed, including repairs made, parts used, and any additional recommendations Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for clients and team members Provide training to less experienced service technicians
