  Manage incoming telephone calls

  Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Requirements - Excellent computer skills

  Strong familiarity with Price Quotes
  
  
• 
  Freight Quotes experience
  
  
• 
  Customer service experience desired
  
  
• 
  General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  
  
• 
  Adeptness in Microsoft Outlook
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of Prepare Quotes
  
  
• 
  Experience with Directs Incoming Calls
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com
  
  
• 
  Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word
  
  
• 
  2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
  
  
• 
  Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  
  
• 
  Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
  
  
• 
  Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications
  
  
• 
  Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks
  
  
• 
  Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Highrise, and Insightly
  
  
• 
  Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
  
  
• 
  Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
  
  
• 
  Customer service and office administrative skills
