Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. - Active Missouri State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred. - Experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, and use of common SNF equipment (Hoyer lifts, gait belts, parallel bars) preferred. - Client requires submission of a resume demonstrating productivity near or above facility expectations; Net Health/Rehab Optima will accept COVID exemptions with resume showing sub 90% productivity. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. - Shift Name: Days. /n /n Location Highlights /n Saint Charles, MO offers a mix of historic charm and outdoor access within short drives.
