Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,144 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 Years Required License: Valid State License Required Certifications: ACLS BCLS NIH PALS Must-Have: CPI and TNCC Preferred Description: Emergency Room Nights. Ratios: 1:4. First-timers accepted. Weekend Requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend. For night shift, this can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday, depending on the existing rotation. Candidates should have experience with various emergency conditions including abdominal pain, asthma, burns, head injury, and respiratory infection among others. Skills required include management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, and procedural sedation administration/monitoring. Candidates will be responsible for triage and care of patients with a range of conditions including mental/behavioral health. Interdisciplinary support available from respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy. Daily census approximately 127 visits. Patient age groups include neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatrics. Candidates will float within their scope to meet facility needs. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS PALS - AHA
