Directly engage in patient care by administering medications, conducting exams, and recording patient data. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service effectiveness. Educate patients and their families about healthcare management and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in patient care Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary health team Knowledge of health safety regulations and procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent clinical certification CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
