Job Description:
SSM Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mgr-RN, Clinic
to lead our clinic operations and ensure the delivery of
exceptional medical care to our community. This vital role involves
managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care services, and
upholding our commitment to compassionate, patient-centered
healthcare. Candidates will have robust clinical experience in a
healthcare setting, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and share
a commitment to our values as a Catholic, not-for-profit health
system. Oversee daily operations of clinic nursing staff. Ensure
the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to
healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with physicians
and other medical professionals to ensure smooth workflow and
effective communication. Develop and implement policies and
procedures that enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Contribute to budgeting and clinical administrative planning.
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in clinical
operations and healthcare management. Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance

Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Preferred: Nurse Management or Leadership Certification.
