Job Description:
SSM Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (PRN)
to join our team of compassionate and skilled professionals. This
role is critical in helping patients achieve optimal levels of
functional independence through personalized therapeutic programs.

the flexibility of a per-diem schedule, allowing you to contribute
to patient care on an as-needed basis, integrating seamlessly with
your work-life balance needs. Assess patient conditions by
conducting functional and diagnostic tests. Develop customized
treatment plans based on patient needs and evaluation results.
Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and
improve skills necessary for daily activities. Document patient
progress and adjust treatment plans as required. Educate patients
and their families on follow-up care and additional preventive
measures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
provide comprehensive care. Maintain patient confidentiality and
adhere to all ethical and legal standards. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to create effective treatment plans.
Expertise in using therapeutic equipment and technology. Critical
thinking and problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state
licensure as an Occupational Therapist. NBCOT certification
preferred.
