As a PRN therapist, you will respond to staffing needs and deliver high-quality therapy services, focusing on improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities in our patients. Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans Implement physical therapy interventions as prescribed by a physician Document patient progress and therapy outcomes Communicate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises Adjust therapy techniques based on patient response Participate in ongoing education to stay abreast of field advancements Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Proficient in various physical therapy techniques and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a flexible schedule Compassionate and patient-focused care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in state of practice CPR certified
