Practitioner to provide high-quality wound care services to
patients in assisted living facilities across St. Louis, Missouri.

dedicated clinical team, you will: Conduct weekly bedside wound
care rounds Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Perform dressing changes and medically necessary debridement
Partner closely with facility staff to ensure optimal healing
outcomes Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in the
state of Missouri Proven experience in wound care What We Offer
