LPN Rehab Nurse at Bethesda Health summary: The LPN Rehab Nurse
provides skilled nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term
care or rehabilitation setting. This role involves assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while adhering
to nursing standards and organizational policies. The position
requires a current LPN license, IV and CPR/AED certification, and

implements and evaluates nursing care consistent with his/her
educational training. Responsible for adhering to all established
Standards of Nursing Practices and the organization's policies and
procedures. Job Qualifications • Education from an accredited
school of nursing that results in becoming a Licensed Practical
Nurse • Long-term care/Rehab/Assisted Living experience preferred •
Current license in the state you will be working as a Licensed
Practical Nurse • IV Certification required or willing to obtain
within six months of employment • Current CPR/AED Certification
required or willing to obtain within six months of employment •
Must be able to assess the basic nursing care needs of the
geriatric resident • Must possess excellent communication skills to
interact with residents, visitors and staff • Excellent time
management and organizational skills are required • Must possess
critical thinking skills *CB Pay range: $26.96 - $43.95 per hour
