Job Description Hourly Pay: - Salary: $30-$33 / per hour -
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an Adult patient in their own
home in Springfield, IL. Shifts available: - Overnights: Tues-Fri
11p-7a or 9p-7a - Evenings: Tues-Fri 5p-11p - Weekends: Sat & Sun

Awards Program Responsibilities: - Utilize the nursing process to
assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - On each
assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance
with prescribed orders - Assess signs and symptoms indicating
physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. -
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health
care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing
diagnoses. Qualifications: - Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in
the state in which the LPN will practice. - Current TB or Chest
