Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,412 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63110! Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required in case management in a facility with a capacity of 1000 beds. Willing to review candidates with experience in facilities with 200 beds. License: Valid State License required. Certifications: ACM or CCM preferred. BSN preferred. Must-Have: Experience with EPIC and Allscripts preferred. Previous charge experience is required. Description: This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. Case managers work either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM based on unit needs. Case managers cover all units except for mental health and women's and infants' services. Tasks include completing assessments on all admitted patients. Case managers attend interdisciplinary rounds. They initiate referrals for home health, durable medical equipment, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities. The average daily census is over 1000 hospital beds. Candidates should have experience with high acuity discharges, discharge planning, needs assessment, and care coordination. Travel experience is required. Candidates will float within service lines as needed.
