Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n CT Technologist - CT Tech /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 4 x 10 hour variable night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM Monday through Thursday /n• 36 guaranteed hours per week /n• No weekend hours required /n• No call requirements /n• 1-2 years of experience working in ED setting, trauma, stroke, CTAs and perfusion required /n• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) /n• ARRT(CT) registry certification required /n• Missouri Radiologic Technologist License required /n• Must wear black scrubs /n• Work with GE Revolution (256 slices) newest platform and Siemens CT scanners /n• Use EPIC EMR system /n• CTA and Perfusion knowledge preferred /n• Must be capable of manipulating patient transfer equipment, continual standing/walking, recognizing emergency situations /n• Perform CT procedures requiring independent judgment for optimal image quality /n• Work in Emergency Department setting with trauma, stroke, and critical care patients /n• Must communicate effectively and adapt to fast-paced daily workload /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization has been providing compassionate medical and specialty care in the region for more than 150 years.
