Job Description:
Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine is seeking
a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant or Associate Professor in
Interventional Cardiology to join our growing academic cardiology
team in Springfield, IL . Position Highlights: Turnkey Academic
Practice Step into an established, high-volume cardiology program
with a strong referral base. Excellent Procedural Volume High
demand for various cardiac procedures including TEEs, advanced
imaging, cardioversions, cardiac catheterizations, Chronic Total
Occlusions (CTO), and CHIP procedures. Competitive Reimbursement

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • MD/DO degree with board
certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease and
Interventional Cardiology. • Commitment to excellence in patient
care, education, and clinical research. • Eligible for medical
licensure in the state of Illinois. Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in an academic environment, both inpatient and
outpatient settings
