Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,354 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63131! Job Title: RN MS/Tele Float Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid State License required Certifications: BCLS required ACLS required IV start and Telemetry required Must-Have: Every other weekend or a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule Holiday rotation obligation Description: This position is for an RN MS/Tele Float. The nurse will be floating between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units. Ratios are 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. The nurse must have experience with IV start and telemetry monitoring. The nurse is expected to call in up to 1 hour before the scheduled shift start time to receive their unit assignment for the shift. The role includes responsibilities for patient care across various clinical areas. Training will be provided for specific equipment used within the facility. Weekend coverage is required as part of the scheduling. The facility uses a specific electronic health record system for charting.
