Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred License: Valid State License required Certifications: BCLS and NIH required Must-Have: - Telemetry monitoring experience - IV management skills - Knowledge in CVA and total joint replacement Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg/Telemetry. The position entails caring for adult patients in a neurology unit. Staff ratio for this role is 1:6. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires flexibility to float within the facility as needed, excluding ICU, SDU, and ED. Weekend coverage of two shifts every other weekend is required. Candidates must have experience in telemetry and be familiar with EPIC charting. Candidates currently pending licensure will be accepted. References are preferred upon submission. Candidates will be required to adhere to facility policies and procedures.
