Assistants are highly trained, cross-trained, and comfortable supporting a wide range of procedures. Mentorship is available and flexible, tailored to the associate’s goals. While IV sedation and surgical procedures are part of the practice, they are not required for success here. Perform bread-and-butter procedures such as crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions. Participate in additional procedures, including IV sedation cases.
