Job Description:

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 Year Required License: Valid State License Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS Required Must-Have: Experience caring for both pediatric and adult populations Description: This Emergency Department sees both pediatrics and adults. Travelers must be comfortable caring for both populations. Ratios in the department are 1:4. Weekend requirement is every third weekend. No on-call requirement. Clinicians will float within scope to meet facility needs. Contract guarantees 36 hours for three 12-hour shifts. Candidates are required to have EPIC experience. All travelers will float within the service line. References are preferred at the time of submittal. Travelers must have facial hair that allows for proper fit testing or will be expected to shave. No medical marijuana cards accepted. It is required to have the license in hand at the time of submission for certain states. Please ensure correct skills checklist is completed at the time of submission. Every other weekend is required. Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per 13-week contract is highly encouraged. Candidates must float within nearby affiliate hospitals as needed. Travelers can stay for a maximum of 18 months, with a 3-month break required after that period. Travelers are required to have two supervisory references within the last two years.
