*Job Details:**Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network*, has a need for a *Dental Hygienist* with a well-established DSO. *Conveniently located in St. Louis, MO!** Seeking *1 Hygienist* to support 1 Dentist* *$7500 Sign on Bonus!** Earn up to $45/hr +-Bonus Incentives!* *4.5 day* work week!* *Full benefits offered!**Duties** Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and performing oral examinations.* Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing to maintain optimal oral health.* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.* Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix for patient records management.* Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.* Stay informed about current dental practices and advancements in the field.* Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to provide comprehensive care.*Qualifications** Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.* Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and medical coding related to dentistry.* Experience with dental assisting is preferred but not required.* Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients.* Ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* No nights* No weekendsAbility to Commute:* St. Louis, MO 63045 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* St. Louis, MO 63045: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
