Cooperative Home Care is hiring 2 RN Visit Nurses to work with all our lines of business, but primarily Home Health, effective immediately. Most of our patients are dependent on the care they receive from our RNs and caregivers, so we hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field.This position includes the use of a company car, as well as the support of a positive company culture. If you enjoy working one-on-one with clients, outside of a facility or hospital setting, please apply today or text our Nurse Recruiter, Kerryann, directly at 361-877-8937.*Responsibilities** Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.* Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians.* Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.* Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts.* Adjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders.* Act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing bed, etc.).* Provide instant medical care in emergencies.* Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.* Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.* Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.*Skills** Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.* Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.* In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and adherence to these policies.* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Responsible and compassionate.* Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.* Patience with excellent problem-solving skills.* Valid nursing license.*Job Type:* Full-time*Benefits:** Flexible schedule* Referral program* Paid time off* Company car* Medical, dental, vision insurances* Strongly positive and inclusive company culture*Weekly schedule:*Monday-Friday*Experience:* Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)*License/Certification:* RN*Location:*In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* Home Health* PediatricsWork Location: In personby Jobble
