If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to work alongside other dedicated individuals who will inspire you to grow your skill sets and advance your career, bring your passion and experience to Rehab Medical!Why You Should Apply:Guided Orientation Process at our HeadquartersMentorship Onboarding ProgramEmployee Recognition ProgramLeadership Development ProgramContinuing Education OpportunitiesNetwork of Support (health and well-being)The Position: We are looking for a Medical Delivery Technician to join our growing team!Overview:The Medical Delivery Technician, reports to the Branch Manager and has responsibility for the delivery, assembly, repair, and maintenance of all Rehab Medical provided home medical equipment.Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:Receives and assembles complex rehab products before deliveryAssists with evaluations, in-services, and demos in professional settings such as hospitals, clinics, or patient homesEnsures that any rehab service is completed promptlyObtains quotes for service parts and ordering in conjunction with purchasing departmentDelivers and assembles home medical equipmentDiagnoses and repairs equipment to ensure proper functioning of equipmentMonitors and tracks inventoryInteracts with patients and acquires accurate delivery paperworkProvides additional assessment and or recommendations to the ATP to ensure patient's needs are satisfiedCompletes continuing education on rehab productsEducation and Experience:High School DiplomaMinimum 2 years of experience delivering consumer equipment (preferred)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:Basic computer skillsAbility to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairsAbility to interact effectively with patientsAbility to maintain confidentialityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, be detail-oriented and organizedAbility to meet multiple competing deadlinesRequired to be certified via internal certification processCompensation details: 18-18 Hourly WagePI01866bf12190-25660-34816549
