Quality Supports for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities since 1990Full Time Supported Living-RN$65,000 Annual SalaryExcellent BenefitsFlexible ScheduleWeekly Pay3 Weeks Paid Time Off8 Paid Holidays + 2 additional Personal Days401K at 4% Employer MatchHealth insurance - $150/month thru CignaTuition reimbursementWellness programAnd much more!QUALIFICATIONSPossess a current Missouri RN license.Experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred but not required.Functions:Assist the Director of Health Services in providing administrative medical support oversight to each individual served in a manner that is consistent with high standards of health care.Ensure staff are adequately trained and supported to carry out their health care responsibilities.Ensure all Willows Way clients receive training and guidance to accommodate their personal medical needs.CORE RESPONSIBLITIESMake recommendations regarding client safety and hygiene to the Director of Health Services and client support team.Maintain nursing files and schedules for their assigned caseload.Assist the Director of Health Services with gathering medical information from program staff and clients for the health assessment of clients.Assess the physical and psychological dimensions of the clients on their caseload on at least a monthly basis.Review the client Physicians Order(s) and Medicine Administration Records, transcribe, and implement physician and nursing orders accurately as received.Follow up with the client's program service manager and Director of Health Services to support implementation.Prepare and submit RN Monthly Summary reports to the Director of Health Services and client team including client status, plan of care, any special occurrences and/or significant information as contained in the RN Monthly Summary form.Provide for confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to clients and families as per HIPAA guidelines.Identify staff training needs for assigned clients and facilitate training as directed by the Director of Health Services.Assist with the maintenance of complete and accurate client health records.willows way 800 Friedens Road Suite 100 St. Charles, MO -
