Retail Sales Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Retail Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate sales and inventory plans, drive activities to promote retail sales, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
Develop and maintain relationships with account stakeholders, provide gross shipment status updates, and manage excess inventory
Support the VP of Sales in developing and executing strategies, maintaining the promotional calendar, and identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of related industry experience
Experience with forecasting gross/net shipments and building sales plans
Strong relationship management skills and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical and organizational skills, and flexibility to changing priorities
