environment. The Assistant Vice President of Operations is
primarily responsible for managing the people and processes related
to Accounting, Loan Originations, Customer and Contractor Service,
and Office Management. This position will manage operations across
administrative and service departments at FTL Finance to optimize
resources and achieve company goals for productivity and

success?Responsibilities include: -
- Works with department leaders for Accounting, Loan
Originations, Customer Service, Contractor Support, and Office
Management to increase efficiency in processes and develop
solutions to address departmental needs.
- Oversee FTL's compliance strategy and implement tactics to
mitigate risk and address security concerns.
- Create procedures for new company initiatives and actively
manage change. Promote open communication and a spirit of
collaboration and teamwork. Oversee training on new company
initiatives.
- Communicate company goals, support department leaders, analyze
team performance, and hold teams accountable to achieving goals and
objectives.
- Provide people development opportunities to department leaders
and model leadership for their teams. Actively provide coaching and
performance feedback to department leaders.
- Manages operational and human resources for administrative and
service departments. Oversee operational costs and implement
changes to existing expenses as needed.
- Leverage technology to address departmental needs and improve
contractors/customer experience.
- Keep the Vice President of Operations informed on
internal/external matters relevant to the good of the business.

contributions. Sets goals and objectives.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and two
to three years of related experience and/or training in financial
services, consumer lending, HVAC, and other contracting industries.
