Assistant Kitchen Manager:As an assistant kitchen manager, your excellent leadership skills and passion for the culinary arts will help lead our team to their highest potential. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent operations, impeccable cleanliness and outstanding food quality. Youll work alongside the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to ensure that your team delivers timely, high quality national and international cuisine to our guests. Your talent and skills will help our kitchen staff deliver the extraordinary Tucanos experience, while you enjoy a challenging and educational experience that will provide you with career and leadership growth opportunities. Requirements:Excellent leadership skillsOutstanding attention to detail Knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations regarding food practices and handling requiredA passion for creating unique and quality flavorsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and schedulingStrong financial acumen and PandL accountability experience
