a highly skilled and crucial role responsible for all facility and
equipment maintenance, repair, installation, and removal. This
position is also responsible for managing the on-site forklift
driver's certification program and maintaining all related logs. If

Progression: 50-cent per hour increases at 90 days, 1 year, and
annually thereafter for a total of 5 years, reaching the maximum

You'll Be Doing: - Perform all preventative maintenance and repair
on a wide range of equipment, including but not limited to SMETCO,
Palamatic, forklifts, compressors, and various production
equipment. - Maintain and repair building infrastructure such as
electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC. - Manage the
on-site forklift driver's certification program, ensuring all
drivers are certified and their certifications are current. -
Maintain all logs related to machinery and ensure all maintenance
logs are current and accurate. - Adhere strictly to all safety and
environmental policies and procedures at all times. - Maintain an
organized inventory of spare parts to ensure minimal equipment
downtime. - Manage relationships with vendors and verify the
accuracy of all services and charges. - Work closely with customers
to ensure that necessary reporting and reimbursable expenses are
obtained on a monthly basis. What We're Looking For: - Proven
experience in industrial facility and equipment maintenance. -
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to
troubleshoot complex issues. - Hands-on experience with
preventative maintenance for production equipment and building
systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). - Excellent organizational
skills required for managing maintenance logs, driver
certifications, and spare parts inventory. - Strong communication
and interpersonal skills for managing vendor and customer
relationships. - A deep, professional understanding of safety and
environmental policies. - The ability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Proficiency
with a wide variety of hand and power tools. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift for extended periods
throughout the 2nd shift. - Must be able to lift heavy materials
and equipment as needed for repairs. - Requires excellent manual
dexterity and high physical stamina for demanding maintenance
tasks. - Must be comfortable and able to work in confined spaces
and at various heights. Work Environment: - This is a
non-climate-controlled warehouse and production environment where
you may be exposed to dust, loud noise, and fluctuating
temperatures (hot and cold). - All duties require the consistent
