motivated, Senior Design and Analysis Engineer for the F/A-18 and
EA-18 Mission Systems team located in Berkeley, Missouri. Signing
Bonus Potential Enable the F/A-18 and EA-18 Mission Systems
organization to continue advance the platform's use of SW
Applications, Containers and Skills that will execute on the F-18's
Auxiliary processor (Distributed Target Processor - Networked DTP-N
). This will enable the organization to develop Mission Systems
Apps/Containers/Skills and utilize 3rd party Apps/Containers/Skills
provided by the US Navy and other industry companies. This work is
critical to enable the team to advance F/A-18 and EA-18 platforms,
and has strong potential to advance future fighter aircraft
programs. As Senior Design and Analysis Engineer, you will
participate on the development of several capabilities and provide
technical leadership to teams performing the development. Your work
will span across the entire development, fielding and operational

Integration/development of Apps/Containers/Skills across multiple
F/A-18 and EA-18 contracts that are developing advanced
capabilities for the warfighters. - Works with external customers
and internal stakeholders to plan and execute complex
hardware-software integration efforts in a fast-paced agile
environment. - Identifies, collects, analyzes, and organizes
technical execution/resource data (metrics) to manage the program.
- Responsible for technical communication across teams and across
levels of technical leadership. - Analyzes customer requests with
consideration for contractual and technical impacts, and works with
Integration to translate them into program and system requirements.
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure compliance with
requirements. - Provides support and solves problems concerning
fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. -
Must be proactive in understanding the product systems and apply
the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance with
first time quality. - Technical leadership and guiding on-the-job
training for junior engineers. This position is expected to be 100%
onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at
one of the listed location options. This position requires an
active current Secret U.S. Security Clearance (active past 24
months) and an investigation date has been within the past 5 years.
- A final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required Basic
Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): - Bachelor of science
(or greater) from an accredited course of study, in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering,
chemistry or other technical degree - Level 4: 9 years of
work-related experience with a bachelor's or 7 years of
work-related experience with Masters or 4 years with a PhD - 5
years of Systems Engineering experience in the Mission Systems
field on military aircraft - 2 years of experience leading teams
and/or projects - Completed security clearance background
investigation within the past 5 years Preferred Qualifications: -
Experience with OMS and GRA implementations / requirements -
Experience with Systems architecture - Experience with System and
Subsystem levels of requirements generation - Experience using
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) process - Familiarity with tools such
as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and DOORS - Excellent written and
verbal communication skills - Strong collaboration and coordination

process. Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced technical education from an
accredited course of study in engineering, computer science,

Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or
an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or
non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
