Engineer to join our T-7A Redhawk team in Berkeley, MO. As part of

Responsibilities: - Lead development, integration and documentation
of structural fatigue and fracture requirements - Verify structural
integrity by using and developing analytical methods, finite
element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the
product lifecycle to develop the structural environment,
characteristics, and performance - Lead development of test plans
and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports
test results to validate and verify systems and components meet
requirements and specifications - Define and document certification
and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory
agencies that requirements are satisfied - Support in-service
products by leading investigations into failures and analyzing
improvements - Develop analytical processes/tools to improve
effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort -
Work under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
(with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or
Material Sciences) - 5 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience -
Experience with Engineering classification such as Mechanical,
Aerospace, Civil or Structural Engineering. - Proficiency with FEA
software (e.g., NASTRAN, PATRAN) Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): - 7 years of related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience - 7 years'
experience with Fatigue or Durability Analysis. - Advanced degree
in aerospace or mechanical engineering - Experience with Aircraft
Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) and advanced structural
concepts - Prior experience in aerospace structural testing and
validation - Experience with Spectrum Generation - Knowledge of
certification requirements and aerospace industry standards -
Experience Boeing analysis tools (LifeWorks, StressCheck etc.) -
Works under minimal direction. Successful candidates for this job
