Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Punch
Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you
will be responsible for operating punch press machinery to produce
high-quality parts and performing in-process inspections to ensure
compliance with quality standards. This position requires strict
adherence to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe
working environment. Responsibilities Operate punch press machinery
efficiently and accurately to produce parts according to customer
and internal specifications. Set up and change over stamping
machines with advanced experience and on-the-job training. Perform
in-process inspections of parts to ensure quality and conformance
to standards, using check gauges, micrometers, calipers, plug
gages, go/no-go gages, and more. Identify and report any defects or
deviations in production to the appropriate personnel. Safely
operate forklifts to transport materials, parts, and equipment as
needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area,
including proper storage of tools and materials. Complete
production work orders and documentation accurately and on time.
Perform necessary ERP transactions for records of production and
time on a job-to-job basis. Follow all company safety policies and
procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with team
members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any
issues. Other responsibilities and job duties assigned as required
by the manager or supervisor. Essential Skills High school diploma
or equivalent required. Experience operating punch press machinery
or similar equipment preferred. Experience working in a
manufacturing environment. Forklift training, certification, or
willingness to obtain certification required. Strong attention to
detail and commitment to operator-owned quality. Ability to read
and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools (e.g.,
calipers, micrometers). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and meet production deadlines. Strong commitment to workplace
safety and following protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Why Work

work schedule is 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 am
to 4:30 pm. Overtime may apply in accordance with production
demand. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for
this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply
to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and
length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
