Job Description Job Description Title : Maintenance Technician Location : St. Louis, MO Shift : 12hr. Day & 12hr. Night Shifts Pay : $32-35/hr. Hire Type : Direct Hire Bonus : $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (payable at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year in $500 increments) Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; Paid Time Off (PTO); Paid Holidays; Overtime opportunities We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to help keep production equipment and facility operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on role supporting machinery, systems, and general facility needs in a safety-first environment. Both day and night 12-hour shifts are available, working 3 days one week and 4 days the next. Job Duties: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Qualifications : 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems Proficient with hand and power tools Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts and occasional overtime Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude INC1 Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
