your future with us. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), F-15
International Organization is seeking a highly skilled, motivated,
and collaborative F-15SA Lead Systems Engineer (Level 4) to join
Boeing in Berkeley, MO to support the F-15 International Office of
the Chief Engineer. You will lead the F-15 Saudi development
efforts. In this role you will lead the systems engineering efforts
associated with the modernization of the F-15SA weapon system
including block cycle upgrades, weapons integrations, radar
updates. You will lead the program through technical events (SRR,
PDR, CDR, etc.). You will lead the F-15SA SEIT team, coordinate
closely with the program management team (including Enterprise
Standard Gated Process), and integrate across the engineering
functions. You will partner closely with USAF throughout the
development. Position Responsibilities - Inspire and Lead: Provide
engineering leadership to technical teams, fostering collaboration
and creativity while engaging with Boeing teams as well as
customers. - Architect of Solutions: Lead the planning, design,
development, and verification of the F-15SA modernizing programs.
Your strategic thinking will ensure that we will successfully
integrate the indigenous equipment within our platform capacities.
- Technical Trailblazer: Take charge of technical and integration
leadership, steering the development and execution of program plans
with minimal direction. Your expertise will be crucial in
navigating complex challenges and delivering exceptional results. -
Manage Technical Baseline: Oversee the technical baselines and
ensure the integration. Your attention to detail will be vital in
maintaining system integrity. - Adapt and Overcome: Respond
proactively to changes in Prime Requirements, assessing impacts and
negotiating modifications to deliverables, resources, costs, and
schedules. Your agility will be key in maintaining project
momentum. - Ensure Excellence: Take ownership of ensuring that all
requirements are accurately allocated to sub-tier requirements. You
will maintain traceability, ensuring that our systems meet rigorous
standards. - Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture
strong relationships with the United States Air Force (USAF)
ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives. -
Collaborate for Consistency: Work closely with platform system
architects to ensure that the defined architecture aligns
seamlessly with other F-15 programs, driving coherence and
strategic direction. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time;
Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security
Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is
required. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program
(SAP) clearance Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) -
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in
engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science - 5 years of engineering experience -
3 years of systems integration experience Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience) - Current active Secret U.S. Security
Clearance - Experience with the F-15 platform - Experience in DOORS
& MSOSA - Experience with ongoing capability enhancements for
fielded systems - Experiencing managing customer relationships
