rchard Farm School District seeks an energetic, self-motivated, student-centered individual to serve as the Color Guard Instructor 2026-2027 . The successful candidate will play an integral role in working collaboratively with the Band Directors and band technicians in the MSHSAA approved activity offering for high school students. Experience in high school and/or college color guard (or dance in general) is preferred but not required. Experience with simple choreography writing is also suggested. This position would serve as the instructor of the Color Guard through the marching band season and any winter or spring programs. This position would require evening rehearsals and performances including football games, competitions, parades, etc. REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS: Current Resume 3 Letters of Recommendation (preferred) Experience must be verified for steps. Athletics/Activities, all comparable experience years on the schedule for step placement. (experience must be school verified positions, club/recreational do not count toward experience) Salary Multiplier: 4.0%
