You will be supporting and assisting in leading students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs. Responsibilities - Follow a comprehensive curriculum - Teach infant and preschool Missouri's early learning skills skills - Assist children with developing social and emotional skills - Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques - Communicate with parents and other school personnel - Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones Qualifications - High School diploma - Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management - Good verbal and written communication skills - Willing to learn ECE knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines - Problem-solving and mediation skills
